Good day!

This is for order 20200326-0000054.

Please be advised we do not process an exchange after delivery. You may return the item due to change of mind and get a refund. Kindly provide the item name. As you may already know, the item must be in good condition showing no sign of wearing/washing. Any items with marks or stains will not be accepted for return. All customers will be responsible for returning shipping costs and initial shipping costs will be deducted on the refund. Please let us know if you would like to proceed with the return for a refund.
