This is a follow-up from the post I sent today. 

Order number is 20230604-0000017.

Defective item is: ac5690 

Defects: chain was broken. I emailed en@attrangs.com several times (17 June, 23 June) about this but received no reply. I sent a follow-up email today with the photos of the barcode of the item and defects. Can you please let me know if you received the email that I sent today? I can’t seem to upload the photos in this qna board as it gives me an error message of capacity limit.
